We're thinking Alexis (Lexi) Morgan for her....

Actually longer than a while. I'm still checking blogs over here periodically but things have been super busy and a lot has happened since 2008 began (when i last blogged,lol). We've been through 2 sports seasons since then. Matt and the two older girls finished a season of basketball, I coached basketball cheerleading, and we moved into soccer. Again, the three olders played and we will be winding that up this Friday. Pshew! It's been nice not having baseball to contend with this year too so we'll have a teensy break between now and football. Although when school gets out the kids will spend the remainder of June at camp. 4-H, football, basketball, and soccer camps respectively depending on what they've chosen to be their "main" sport. I also have a teaching conference to attend at the same time so we;ll be busy for a while and then July should be pretty laid back.

I found out almost 2 months ago now that we are expecting a little surprise in late November. I've been sooooo ill this time, I was sick with the others but don't remember being quite *this* sick although dh assures me that I was indeed. We don't know what the baby is yet as I was only 12 weeks last Friday but we will be finding out as long as the little one cooperates. Naturally, dh and Matthew are hoping for a baby boy but we'll all take what we get. It's weird being pregnant again, I guess since I was relatively young when I was preg with the other 4. Not to mention, that I have FORMER STUDENTS that are expecting right along with me. I absolutely cannot imagine being pregnant at 16 but two of my former girlies are indeed expecting babies right along with moi. Unfortunately, teen pregnancy runs rampant in our county :Sigh:

I also spend part of last week meeting with high school counselors (my colleagues if you will) TO PREPARE MY OLDEST FOR HIGH SCHOOL!!!!! How the heck did that happen? I told my friends that registering them for kindergarten was hard but this....this....took the cake. I actually had to hold back tears. What am I going to do when he heads off to college in 4 short years?!?! He is already going to the high school three days a week to lift weights with the football team. I can't believe they are getting so big and we're starting all over, lol!

I know I had more to say but it's getting late and i need my rest (although I did take a nap after school,haha) so i will sign off now....
